This Warranty Agreement ("Agreement") is issued by EVERBRIGHT SOLAR LTD, located at C2 HORSTED KEYNES BUSINESS PARK, CINDER HILL LANE, HORSTED KEYNES, WEST SUSSEX RH17 7BA to the original purchaser (“Owner”) of the Solar System (the “Product”), subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

I. Introduction

This document outlines the warranty details for your newly purchased or installed Solar System. By providing this warranty, we, EVERBRIGHT SOLAR LTD, assure our commitment to providing quality products and services.

This detailed warranty covers all aspects related to defects or malfunctions that may occur during the specified coverage period. We aim to ensure a hassle-free and efficient servicing to ensure uninterrupted power generation.

II. Coverage Period

The warranty period includes 2 years from the purchase or installation date of the Solar System, whichever comes first. It is however subject to the condition that the Product has been installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the Product’s Installation Manual.

After this period, all repair or replacement costs, including labour and material, will be the Owner's responsibility unless otherwise specified under the Coverage Details below.

IV. Limitation of Liability

EVERBRIGHT SOLAR LTD will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage, or for the cost of repair performed by non-authorized service centres.

V. Claim Process

  1. Contact the EVERBRIGHT SOLAR LTD Customer Service team at 0330 043 4269 or email info@everbrightsolar.co.uk

  2. Provide proof of purchase such as the signed contract or receipt, as well as photographs or videos showing the defect.

  3. If approved, an authorized service technician will be sent to your location to evaluate and repair the issue.

VI. Owner’s Responsibilities

  • Regular maintenance and cleaning of the solar system.

  • Notify EVERBRIGHT SOLAR LTD immediately of any malfunction or defects.

  • Cooperate with the service technician during the service call.

VII. Transferability

In instances of ownership transfer within the warranty period, the new owner should contact EVERBRIGHT SOLAR LTD to transfer the warranty, and will not be subject to fees.

VIII. Governing Law

This Warranty Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with its subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of [GOVERNING LAW LOCATION].

IX. Dispute Resolution

All disagreements arising from this warranty agreement are to be resolved through neutral arbitration rather than in a court, following the arbitration procedures and regulations of

X. Miscellaneous Terms

Any failure on your part to enforce any provision of this Warranty Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any provision of this Warranty Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Warranty Agreement remain in full force and effect.
